REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT

Escondido Endodontics accepts referrals for evaluation or treatment appointments from general dentists and their staff, other specialists who are collaborating with a general dentist, or patients who have been asked by their referring dentist to call for an appointment. We do not accept patients who are self-referred.

Please have the following information available: full name, age if under 18, tooth number or treatment required, possible requirement for premedication, pertinent symptoms, and insurance information.
